About the Role:

Behavox has successfully established a managed services function to support our customers. Managed Services consists of two distinct offerings: 1) Training and Certification on the platform, and 2) Behavox owning platform configuration and work.

As a Data Risk Specialist on the Managed Services Team, you will be a platform specialist responsible for:

  • Working directly with customers providing training.
  • SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS WITH PLATFORM-BASED QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS.
  • Improving and recommending platform features.

Requirements:

  • A genuine interest in Behavox's mission, marketplace, and technologies.
  • 3+ years of experience utilizing developed Problem-Solving skills to break down complex issues.
  • BUSINESS ACUMEN AND KNOWLEDGE EVIDENCED THROUGH A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF FINANCIAL SERVICES BUSINESS OPERATIONS, PROCESSES, RISKS, AND OBJECTIVES.
  • SKILLED IN ANALYTICAL THINKING EVIDENCED THROUGH THE ABILITY TO ASSESS BOTH TECHNICAL AND BUSINESS IMPACTS OF TECHNOLOGY DECISIONS.
  • Strong Communication Skills with written and verbal communication professional capabilities for presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Review risk-based alerts to differentiate between true positives and false positives using appropriate risk analysis methods and tools.
  • Classify risks into different categories to implement risk policies or scenarios intended to highlight relevant risks worthy of investigation on surveillance, archiving, or security solutions, utilizing predefined frameworks.
  • Write lexicon-based scenarios to target specific risks targeted by surveillance, archiving, or security solutions, employing industry-standard methods.
  • Explain typical Target Operating Models to clarify the roles of key stakeholders that might use surveillance, archiving, or security platforms (for example, L1, L2, L3, HR, and Legal) including different escalation paths, using process diagrams and communication tools.
  • Write both functional and technical reports to present risk analysis, alert metrics, or test results using data visualization and reporting software.
