About the Role
The Business Director for Quality Care Services will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of policies, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies. This individual will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders to achieve the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs all functions of the organization, including staff management, policy implementation, and quality assurance;
- Provides leadership in achieving efficient, economical, and effective utilization of resources;
- Ensures the provision of quality care services through the acquisition, utilization, and organization of available human, financial, and physical resources;
- Promotes community awareness of the organization through effective communication;
- Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies governing care delivery and the rules of accrediting bodies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in a field of study relevant to the operation of a nursing home, such as healthcare administration or business management;
- Recognized courses in administration and/or health care;
- A high degree of leadership initiative, integrity, and administrative ability;
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Estimated Salary Range
$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
