Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Mount Alverno Resort and Retreat. This is a permanent, full-time position offering 35-40 hours of work per week.
About the Job:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our resort. This role involves a range of tasks, including arranging seminars and conferences, coordinating information flow, and maintaining manual and computerized filing systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments on behalf of management staff
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as one year of experience in an administrative capacity.
Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with scheduling software and calendar management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
