Job Title: Senior Account Executive

CMB Insurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow the business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Insurance Agent required
  • CIP or CAIB designation or equivalent preferred
  • 3-7 years experience as a Sales Executive in a similar role, in an independent commercial insurance business environment
  • Experience with Acturis, Microsoft Office Suite, or comparable computer systems
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, including insurance courses/certifications
