Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Fresh Grill Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that we are operating within our financial means.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our purchasing and inventory decisions.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
