Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Stony Plain Dairy Queen. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service counter attendants and food preparers to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to ensure quality control standards are met
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
