About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both our employees and job applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Benefits and Compensation: Administer benefits, manage compensation packages, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies to minimize risk.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Language: English (fluency required).
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
