About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Employee Relations

Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Conflict Resolution

Mediate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner.

Employee Data Analysis

Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure the effective operation of the HR department.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disaster.

Support for Indigenous People

Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, businesses, and organizations to promote diversity and inclusion.

Support for Visible Minorities

Apply hiring policies that promote diversity and inclusion, and discourage discrimination against visible minorities.

Requirements
  • Education

College or CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in human resources management.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Setting

Various locations.

Hours of Work

30 hours per week.
