We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Jordan & Neil M Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to making job offers.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate interviews.
- Candidate Management: Screen and evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hire.
- Onboarding and Integration: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Employee Experience: Foster a positive employee experience by providing excellent customer service, addressing employee concerns, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks associated with recruitment and hiring.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Work Setting: Various locations, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Language: English (fluency required).
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
