About the Role

FloForm Countertops is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Vancouver areas. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the countertop industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
