Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Provide regular communication and updates to clients
- Understand and effectively communicate company capabilities and services
- Provide quotes and manage orders
- Actively promote new products and color lines
- Manage dealer display boards and sample orders
- Prepare and conduct sales presentations
- Monitor sales trends and report on budgets
- Support commercial projects and facilitate orders
- Coordinate supply and process material takeovers
Requirements
- 4-7 years of sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build business in assigned segment
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Basic mathematical skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and goals independently
- Able to lift 25-60lbs and travel to local clients daily
