About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our CL Internal Deployment Team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for team leadership, development, and skill management, including performance management and production optimization. You'll work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to set priorities, plan objectives, and ensure operational efficiencies meet or exceed goals. Additionally, you'll oversee project advancement and performance to achieve project results, meeting quality standards, technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Director Operational Performance, you'll lead, support, and coach the project team to effectively utilize and develop strengths and skills of team members. You'll build a high-performance team by providing a clear vision, identifying and developing talent, and leveraging capabilities to propose solutions and deliver business value. You'll also define project scope and objectives, manage sponsor and stakeholder expectations, align the team with project objectives, foster open communication, and act as a point of contact between the project team and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you'll create and manage project schedules, budgets, identify and assess risks, provide project reporting, and support change management efforts.
Your Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of 5 years of project experience and 2 years in a leadership role are required. Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is an asset, as is knowledge of the Agile methodology and project tools. Proven experience in team leadership, inspiring and engaging people, converting strategy into action, and having an entrepreneurial spirit are essential. You must be able to think independently, influence diverse stakeholders, and possess a versatile mindset. Finally, you must be eligible to work in Canada.
