Sales Account Manager

At TK Elevator, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting monthly sales quotas by proactively seeking contracts, preparing job proposals with cost estimates, managing accounts and developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and delivering presentations for prospective customers
- Negotiating prices and other job proposal terms
- Preparation of booking packages
- Contacting existing or prospective customers to maintain and increase customer base
- Visiting job sites to check the status of current job or to determine scope of prospective job
- Reviewing and completing appropriate paperwork after job has been completed
- Personally investigating complaints from customers
- When necessary, contacting customers for collection purposes and identifying alternative options for payment
You will also attend out of town sales meetings and/or regional trainings, complete daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports, and perform other duties as assigned.
