National Key Account Sales Manager

Our client is looking for a leader looking to grow market shares, lead a national sales team, and spearhead market expansion efforts across Canada and into the United States.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute business and sales strategies to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support a national sales team; Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities in existing markets and lead the entry into untapped regions
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with major retailers, wholesalers, contractors, and other partners.
Operational Excellence: Oversee sales performance, analyze results, and implement solutions to address challenges or gaps.
A proven track record in sales leadership roles within industries like building products or related sectors, with success in managing teams and achieving measurable growth.
Sales Expertise: Leadership & Mentorship: Experienced in building, training, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess markets, create actionable plans, and execute effectively to achieve results.
Travel Readiness: Comfortable with regular travel to key markets and customers
