As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences. Additionally, you will schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and provide customer service. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role. The position is permanent, with 30 hours of work per week.
