Office Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team at TEMA K TRADING.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have strong time management skills.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for arranging and co-ordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, opening and distributing mail and other materials, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, compiling data, statistics and other information, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, arranging travel, related itineraries and making reservations, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and providing customer service.
The Office Coordinator will work a 30-hour week and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
