Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Scarborough Medical Pharmacy. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of other office staff
- Establish and implement office policies and procedures
- Determine and establish office routines and protocols
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Answer and direct phone calls and electronic enquiries
- Compile and maintain data, statistics, and other information
- Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and staff
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily office operations
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
