Client Growth Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at MiQ, a global programmatic media partner for marketers and agencies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership position and drive growth across our client base. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing relationships with key clients, as well as identifying new business opportunities and partnerships.
You will lead a team of account managers and work closely with commercial, tech, and product teams to scope out business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and delivery of high-quality results.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with commercial, tech, and product teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
- Act as the escalation point for client requests and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the programmatic media and/or ad tech space.
- A proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools and technologies.
At MiQ, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
