Senior Business Operations Lead for Enterprise Client Growth

Wealthsimple is a fintech company that aims to help everyone achieve financial freedom. We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Operations Lead to lead the direction of our post-sales function on our Wealthsimple for Business product line.
About the Role
This individual will manage a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to setup, onboard, and scale newly acquired businesses, leading implementations for Enterprise Accounts and special projects. Applicants should have strong people management skills, as well as operational and client-facing skills themselves.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the account management team while overseeing onboarding, implementation, upsell, and account expansion.
- Directly manage a small team of CSMs, providing coaching, support, escalation pathways, and overall development to the team.
- Oversee Enterprise account implementations, prioritizing change management and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop new frameworks and processes to scale and optimize account management business.
- Finding opportunities for value-driven account expansion.
- Managing relationships with backend operations and product teams to ensure cross-functional support.
- Collaborating closely with Client Success to ensure member support standards are met and in line with Account expectations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
This role requires experience in Account Management or a client-facing role with 5+ years of experience working directly with B2B sales teams and/or developing implementation and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate should also have people leadership experience, effective communication skills, analytical skills, and flexibility in changing environments. Additionally, experience with Salesforce, large Canadian employers, HR, People leaders, finance, benefits, HR tech, or compensation industries is desirable.
