About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Unique Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Framing and Finishing: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
