About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Green Ladder Building Corp. as a Construction Helper. This is a temporary position that requires a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare construction sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Demolition and Debris Removal: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Equipment Operation: Assist in operating carpentry/woodworking machinery.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and assist in maintaining a safe and organized construction site.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
