About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Unique Construction. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assisting in Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Maintenance and Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are in good working condition.
