About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Green Ladder Building Corp. as a Construction Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks on building sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials from vehicles and equipment.
  • Site Preparation: Help prepare building sites by leveling earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings and removing rubble and other debris.
  • Cleanliness: Clean and pile salvaged materials.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Manual Dexterity: You should have good manual dexterity and be able to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Team Player: We are looking for a dependable and reliable team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

The Construction Assistant will work in a physically demanding environment with varying weather conditions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work safely.
