About the Opportunity

As a Business Performance Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our operational activities and contributing to the success of our business unit. This is an excellent opportunity for students who are eager to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Summary

This is a 4-month student placement starting in May 2025 with a focus on management reporting. You will work closely with our team and other stakeholders to create customized reports, update existing content, and present opportunities for improvement. Your strong analytical and communication skills will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain management reports to support business decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Engineering/ math/ computer science preferred)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to build and organize data
  • Ability to problem-solve complex problems and take ownership of finding solutions
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
