Job Title: Millwright/Industrial Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Millwright/Industrial Mechanic to join our team at Work Truck West. As a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and fitting of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and fit industrial equipment such as service truck crane bodies, hydraulic hoists, flat decks, hydraulic and electric cranes, salter-spreaders, boost-systems, air compressors, welders, inverters, and other truck-mounted components.
  • Install and test automotive components and accessories such as belt-driven underhood compressors, PTOs with hydraulic pumps/clutch pumps, positive-air-shutoff systems, aftermarket bumpers, snowplows, and vehicular consoles.
  • Work with a team of technicians to build and install industrial equipment.
Requirements:
  • Valid BC driver's license.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and hardworking attitude.
  • Experience in welding, RV repair, heavy-duty repair, or automotive is an asset.
