Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Junior Insolvency Analyst to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in the St John's office. This role involves:

  • Drafting documents, letters, and correspondence, including processing mailouts.
  • Entering documents into internal systems, creating formal documents in the insolvency database, and preparing statutory correspondence for bankruptcy and proposal filings.
  • Report analysis, creditor claims monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Assisting the Personal Debt Solutions department with various duties, working with the local team and others within the organization.

Your Experience and Education

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to liaise well with staff and outside parties.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A post-secondary education or previous experience in Insolvency/Personal Debt Solutions, although not required.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience.
