We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and develop Team Members to achieve their full potential.
- Coach and discipline Team Members as needed to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage labor costs through effective floor management and scheduling.
- Control food and paper costs using order guides and inventory management.
- Ensure that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection.
- Customer Service
- Resolve guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the team to minimize guest complaints and issues.
- Administrative Tasks
- Participate in the recruitment process and assist with hiring decisions.
- Complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
- 1-3 years of quick-service experience in a supervisory role.
- Practical knowledge of coaching and training Team Members.
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg (45 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons and weekends.
- Previous management experience preferred.
