ABOUT OUR TEAMS:

In a store as expansive as ours, we require a collaborative effort to ensure efficient operations. As a Team Lead at PetSmart, you will assist in guiding the team in the following areas:

  • Associate Development: Our associates are vital in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. As a Team Lead, you will help mentor a team that shares our enthusiasm for pets, with responsibilities that include recruiting, onboarding, training, and nurturing associates.
  • Retail Excellence: Delivering an outstanding customer experience is paramount for all our leaders. From ensuring our associates possess comprehensive knowledge of pet products to fostering connections with pet owners, our leaders create a safe and enjoyable atmosphere in our stores.
