Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and direct the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to our staff, helping them to develop the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in our food service operations, ensuring that our customers receive a safe and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Manage Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics, providing regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Food service establishment
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, physically demanding
