Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

HANIYA'S RETAIL INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is visually appealing.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping environment, engage with customers, and promote products to drive sales growth.
  • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory checks, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Payroll and Administration: Manage payroll, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
