About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve product presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, tracking stock, and minimizing waste.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, reconciliations, and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Retail business, on-site customer service
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, ability to multitask
