Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Oversee the daily activities of sales staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and stored.
    • Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained, meeting health and safety standards.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
    • Manage payroll administration, including processing payrolls and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
