About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circke K/Esso. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that all sales and customer service standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement visual merchandising displays and ensure that all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including processing sales transactions, handling customer payments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise, receiving shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 to 40 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor at Circke K/Esso, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to the success of our retail business.
