Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process group arrivals and departures while ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations while maintaining accurate records
  • Provide valuable information on hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Assist guests with inquiries about points of interest in the surrounding area
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments accurately
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms in a timely manner
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Follow emergency and safety procedures as outlined by the company
  • Perform various clerical duties including faxing, filing and photocopying as needed
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages promptly
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls
Work Environment and Requirements:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Demonstrate dependability, efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility in a dynamic setting
  • Be reliable and able to work varying shifts to meet the needs of the hotel
