As an integral member of the Information, Records & Registration Services leadership team, the Associate Director, Undergraduate Records, will lead the day-to-day operations of the Undergraduate Records team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, deliver, and manage registration, records, fee assessment, tuition appeals, grades, and graduation processes for all undergraduate students.
- Manage the creation, maintenance, and retention of undergraduate student academic records, ensuring compliance with Senate-mandated policies.
- Lead the integration of technologies to support the enrollment process and collaborate with the institution-wide enrollment management team on business process improvements and operational planning for records and registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Business Administration and six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Excellent knowledge of University policies and regulations related to student admission, academic programming, registration, academic advising, and student services.
- Excellent project management, team management, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Employer-paid defined benefit pension plan.
