We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Guidance Specialist to join our team at Wunder Int'l Culture and Education College Incorporated. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in providing guidance and support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise teaching assistants and provide guidance on best practices in academic support.
  • Counsel students on educational, career, and vocational issues, as well as personal and social concerns.
  • Consult with teachers, parents, administrators, and community agencies to ensure a comprehensive support system for students.
  • Coordinate the provision of counselling and information services to students, parents, and teachers.
  • Refer students to specialized services when required and participate in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops.
  • Develop guidance and counselling programs, supervise peer counselling programs, and visit colleges and secondary schools to provide academic information to prospective students and their families.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
