Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the production of high-quality brushes at Felton Brushes Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the production department
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows
  • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality
  • Training and developing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Monitoring and controlling production costs

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
