Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of production staff to build and repair drones, verify product quality, and improve production processes.
  • Maintain a Six Sigma program for process improvement, working closely with the R&D team to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Organize and schedule drone production and repairs based on demand, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Train and supervise production staff, promoting a safe and effective work environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in production operations, preferably in electromechanical or aerospace industries.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge, with ability to apply principles to drive process improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A valid driver's license, as occasional travel may be required.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
