About the Role



This position at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is for a skilled Customer Relationship Advisor who can build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers with their financial needs and have excellent communication skills.



Responsibilities





  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.

  • Work closely with customers to identify their banking needs and provide guidance on various banking solutions.

  • Assist customers with day-to-day banking activities, such as transactions, account management, and financial advice.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.

  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in banking products and services.



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • A high school diploma and/or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A strong understanding of banking products and services.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet customer service standards.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and branch software.
