About the Role

The Territory Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. This position requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow all types of accounts in the territory to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Maximize product distribution and profitability within the territory.
  • Collaborate with logistics to service all customers within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain adequate account coverage based on a call cycle and ensure follow-up on promotions and planograms.
  • Negotiate promotional support from retail accounts.
  • Present business analysis to store personnel and propose adjustments to current shelf setup.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients.
  • Participate in creating proposals for existing and potential clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Marketing, or other relevant discipline.
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience within the consumer-packaged goods sector.
  • Customer focus, demonstrates sales expertise, solid communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in spoken/written English.
  • Comfortable with computers and common, relevant business software.
