Territory Sales Manager Victoria

Job Overview
The Territory Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within the Victoria territory. As a key member of the Agropur team, this individual will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize product distribution and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow all types of accounts in the territory to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maximize product distribution and profitability within the territory through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with logistics to ensure seamless customer service and timely delivery of products.
- Maintain adequate account coverage and follow up on promotions to ensure alignment with sales plans.
- Negotiate promotional support from retail accounts to drive sales growth.
- Present business analysis to store personnel and propose adjustments to shelf setups to optimize sales opportunities.
- Prospect and acquire new clients to expand the customer base.
- Participate in the creation of proposals for existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales and/or Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in the consumer-packaged goods sector.
- Strong customer focus, sales expertise, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in computer software and business applications.
