Senior Manager Insights

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics to join our team in the Philippines hub. As a key member of the Insights & Analytics team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and informing marketing strategy through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the hub team of Business Intelligence and Consumer Insights to drive business growth and marketing strategy.
- Develop and implement advanced analytics tools to drive business action and inform marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brand communication and activation strategies.
- Provide strategic insights to inform business planning and development.
- Manage vendor/agency relationships to establish win-win business partnerships.
Requirements:
- Critical thinking and ability to connect dots to navigate brand growth strategy.
- Advocating on consumer-centric and forward-looking approaches.
- Ability to articulate, communicate, and collaborate effectively across e2e business functions.
- Solid research foundations and data analytical skills.
- Stakeholder management and ability to challenge status quo.
