Job Title: Senior Marketing ManagerThis role will be responsible for developing strategy, innovation, and brand equity for our key brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG marketing, with experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand equity.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to leverage insights, trends, and people-centricity to inform marketing decisions.
- Define and execute brand promises, strategies, and long-term growth plans, including 4Ps, innovation, and communication.
- Develop focused innovation roadmaps based on brand and hub strategic needs and commercial requirements.
- Collaborate with R&D Technology, Supply Chain, Packaging & Design to develop specific innovations for all elements of the bundle.
- Partner with advertising agencies and other divisions to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, challenge group think, and drive results-oriented decision making.
- 10+ years of successful experience in FMCG marketing, with a proven track record of success in brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans.
- 4-5+ years of demonstrated capability in end-to-end innovation development, including insight scouting, concept writing, and testing.
- Full understanding of the innovation process, from insight scouting to concept writing and testing, to full bundle development and go-to-market with commercial teams.
- Management of cross-functional teams to deliver results.
- Experience in design thinking and agile innovation development.
