Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Warehouse Operations will co-develop and execute warehouse strategies. Additionally, the Senior Manager will lead the sustainability strategy, including the net zero roadmap, ensuring environmentally responsible practices within warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Data Management:
    Serve as the SME for warehouse analytics, providing insights to facilitate strategic decision-making. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve warehouse performance. Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within warehouse operations.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and space utilization. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all warehouse activities.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    7+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
  • Skills:
    Strong expertise in warehouse analytics and data-driven decision-making. Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards in warehouse operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification:
    Certification in supply chain management or logistics.
  • Skills:
    Familiarity with advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and tools.
