Job SummaryThe Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategy, innovation, and brand equity for our key brands.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG marketing, with experience in brand strategy, portfolio management, communication development, and commercial growth plans.
They will also have a full understanding of the innovation process from insight scouting to concept writing and testing, to full bundle development and go-to-market with commercial teams.
The Senior Marketing Manager will partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Development, Retail Marketing, and Finance, to deliver results-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy, innovation, and brand equity for key brands
- Define brand promise, strategy, and long-term growth plan
- Develop focused innovation roadmaps based on brand/hub strategic needs and commercial requirements
- Partner with advertising agency and collaborate with other divisions
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven marketing strategies
Requirements:
- 10+ years of successful experience in FMCG marketing
- Full understanding of innovation process from insight scouting to concept writing and testing
- Management of cross-functional teams to deliver results-driven marketing strategies
- Experience in design thinking and agile innovation development
