Executive Chef Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in Brantford. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's unique flavor and style.
  • Kitchen Leadership: Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
  • Inventory Management: Source and manage inventory of fresh ingredients and supplies.
  • Kitchen Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.

As a successful Executive Chef, you will have:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Menu Development: Proven track record of menu development and kitchen management.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
