Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and cater to the diverse tastes of our guests.

Staff Management

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver high-quality dishes and provide excellent customer service.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Cost Control

Manage kitchen expenses and ensure that we are operating within our budget.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a cook or in a related role is required.

Certifications

A Safe Food Handling certificate is required.

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
