About the Role

This is a full-time position working in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Regional Home Health team, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality patient care.



Key Responsibilities



  • Provide analytical support to senior leadership, including data analysis, statistical reporting, and benchmarking activities.

  • Offer confidential administrative and secretarial assistance to the Executive Director or Director, as well as senior leadership teams.

  • Maintain leadership appointment calendars, coordinate meetings, and prioritize information flow through the department.

  • Interface with other Executive Directors, Directors, Managers, and staff at all levels of the organization, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners to promote and enhance services provided, with sensitivity to diversity and Indigenous perspectives.
