Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team at DAKOTA MEDICAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and visitors, answering phone calls, and managing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, staff, and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records and spreadsheet software.
