Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Front Desk Representative to join our team at DAKOTA MEDICAL CORPORATION. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, process paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients, families, and healthcare providers, both verbally and in writing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: Will train, but previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
